Meet Ting

Ting Wikström — An acupuncturist who works with what the body is really saying.

I raised in China where Traditional Chinese Medicine has always been a natural part of understanding health. Not as an alternative, simply as the way things were understood. Physical symptoms and emotional wellbeing were never separated.

That perspective was tested when I moved to Sweden. I went through a long period of anxiety, disconnection, and not fully recognising myself. For a long time I tried to understand it as a physical problem — until I took my inner experience seriously. That was when things began to shift.

That experience lives in my work now. I use acupuncture and herbal medicine to support the body’s natural balance. In this process, I also support those who sense there’s more to address than the physical, understand what their body is communicating and how it connects to the way they are living.

Min utbildning och bakgrund

Traditionell Kinesisk Medicin (TCM)
I am a certified acupuncturist with training in TCM diagnosis and herbal medicine.

Herbal medicine training is grounded in Yin’s Modern Tongue Diagnosis, learned through formal study with Dr. Yin, a highly respected Chinese medicine practitioner based in the UK, well-known in the local Chinese medicine community.

Terapeutbildning
2018, I started personal development, I have explored the landscape of healing from the inside out.
From 2022 to 2025, I completed a three-year Therapist Training at the International Institute for Therapy & Education — an intensive experiential program rooted in group therapy, relational dynamics, and embodied practice.

Ett integrerat tillvägagångssätt
Together, these experiences have shaped the integrative approach I bring to my work. My work starts with the body, and goes as far as the person is ready to go.
