Acupuncture is a core part
of Chinese Medicine
Acupuncture is one of the core parts of my work, grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and focused on treating the body as an integrated whole.
Each session begins with a TCM diagnosis, observing patterns in the body rather than isolated symptoms. Treatment is tailored to your individual constitution, current condition, and life context, supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance.
While the primary focus is physical treatment, emotional patterns are often reflected in the body. When relevant—and always by your choice—this awareness may gently inform the treatment, allowing for deeper and more sustainable results.
Acupuncture can be used for both acute and long-term conditions, and may form part of an ongoing healing process that supports regulation, resilience, and overall well-being.
Acupuncture is commonly used to support:
- Fatigue, exhaustion, and low energy
- Sleep disturbances, stress-related symptoms, and emotional strain
- Menstrual cycle concerns, PMS, and menopausal transitions
- Pain, tension, stiffness, and limited mobility
- Functional patterns such as bladder regulation or muscular tension
- Seasonal sensitivities such as hay fever and pollen-related discomfort
Treatment is always individualized and based on TCM diagnosis.
Herbal Medicine
balances your body
Herbal medicine is another core part of my TCM practice, supporting deeper and longer-term regulation of the body.
Formulas are tailored to your unique constitution, current condition, and overall balance, and may be used on their own or alongside acupuncture. Emotional patterns observed through TCM diagnosis may be considered when relevant, always as an optional part of care.
Consultations are available both in person and online, allowing for continuity of care regardless of location.
Herbal Quality & Preparation
I use high-quality, concentrated herbal extracts that meet EU regulatory standards and are fully tested for safety and purity.
These herbs are prepared as ready-to-use extracts that dissolve easily in hot water, making them simple to take in daily life. As concentrated extracts, they are generally easier for the body to absorb than traditional raw herbs, allowing for efficient and consistent support.

Emotional Awareness
can be integrated into your
healing
Emotional work is offered as an optional part of care for those who wish to explore the emotional or old patterns dimension of healing alongside physical treatment.
The focus is not on analysis or diagnosis, but on creating a safe and supportive space where emotions can be felt, clarified, and gently released—always at your own pace and according to your needs.
This work may be experienced on its own or alongside TCM treatment. I will guide you with attentive presence, sensitivity, and respect for your personal boundaries. Two Paths for Emotional Work
I offer two paths for emotional work: one gentle and integrated with acupuncture, the other more active. Listen to your heart—which one calls to you?
♥️ Acupuncture & Internal Harmony Tuning
-A Presence-Based Session for Inner Recalibration
Your body is not a machine that needs fixing. It is a living system with its own inner relationships—and sometimes, those relationships need tending.
In Chinese Medicine, every organ carries an emotional intelligence. When these inner systems fall out of harmony, the body speaks—through tension, fatigue, disrupted sleep, ache or a quiet sense that something is off…so on.
This session works at that level. [Read more]
♥️ Integrated Breathwork – 1:1 Emotional Release Session
Beyond Breathwork
While breathwork has become widely known in recent years, this work goes beyond breathing techniques alone. My work is not standardised. It is built on deep presence and an innate capacity to sense what is unspoken — what a person carries before they have found words for it.
The Gift I Bring
From the moment you walk in, I am already connect with you — not only to your words, but to the subtler language beneath them. Throughout the session, I track the places where something wants to move but hasn’t yet found permission. [Read more]
